Summary/Abstract: This article explains nowadays’ popular conception of remote working and assesses its effect on the management of companies in Azerbaijan. The main purpose of the paper makes the research for creating information on whether there is a negative or positive relationship between remote workers and management. Whether the effect of remote workers on management is positive or negative depends on the regulations and some special steps taken by companies because it was the result of our first part of research that people believe they have higher enthusiasm to work when working distantly. A survey model was used for getting data between working and non-working people in Azerbaijan. Related to this survey's results manager thinks they lose control over remote workers but at the same time increase the spirit between workers.
