Summary/Abstract: Artificial Intelligence is creating some criminal law problems which risk generating a liability gap. To answer this problem, some authors have proposed a criminal liability model in which the artificial intelligence itself would be held responsible. The scope of the present article is to analyse these theories and conclude whether or not such an endeavour would be feasible.
