Summary/Abstract: Further to the work carried out by the Constitutional Court, seven decisions (exceptions/objections of unconstitutionality admitted) were published in June regarding: Criminal Code; GEO no. 111/2011 on electronic communications, Law for the modification and completion of some normative acts in the field of electronic communications in order to establish some measures to facilitate the development of electronic communications networks; Law no. 7/2021 for the modification of Law no. 96/2006 on the Statute of Deputies and Senators; Law for the modification of GO no. 2/2001 on the legal regime of contraventions; Law no. 218/2002 on the organisation and functioning of the Romanian Police; Framework Law no. 153/2017 on the salaries of staff paid from public funds; Law no. 254/2013 on the execution of sentences and measures of deprivation of liberty ordered by judicial bodies in the course of criminal proceedings.
