Dynamics of the special physical training of 6th grade students depending on the applied model for initial volleyball training

Summary/Abstract: In the presented study we conducted a study aimed at the special physical training of 6th grade students. The experiment was conducted on students divided into two groups - experimental and control. The control group works according to the standard methodology, and the experimental group is trained according to a model developed by us for initial training in volleyball.
