Institutional Issues of State Investment Promotion

Summary/Abstract: The article aims to analyse the legal possibilities of the institutional arrangement of the State Investment Promotion Fund. This fund is not a new state fund; it is only a renamed State Fund for Housing Development, whose scope of competence has been extended. However, it is questionable whether it was appropriate to achieve this objective with an institution in the form of a state fund. The subject of this article is then to analyse the possibility of transforming this state fund into other forms of organisation.
