Summary/Abstract: The contribution deals with the judgments of administrative courts in cases of the inactivity of administrative bodies, focusing on its development in recent two years. The importance of judgments and its impact of administrative practice is clarified. Furthermore, the content of the selected judicial decisions on the inactivity of administrative bodies is approximated and considerations are presented on the possibilities of changing the legal regulation of administrative judicial protection from the inactivity of administrative bodies.
