Summary/Abstract: The subject of the article is Focault’s ethics created in the late period of his life, understood as a care of the self, as an approach of a person towards the self. The Greek antiquity illustrates the statement that the subject may also be active in the process of shaping himself, self-realization, and can constitute the self (this concept is contrary to the first period of his career when he showed how in the result of subjugate and strategies of the power the human subjectivity is created). The aim of human life is to be aesthetic of his existence.
