Summary/Abstract: The impact of the Internet is indisputable. It serves as a tool and a platform through which some of the fundamental human rights are executed (right to information, freedom of expression, right to education etc.). This article deals with the topic of the right to Internet access while narrowing it to two units (international and transnational) and human rights context. Its goal is to determine the position of the right to Internet access according to those units in the designated context.
