Introducing students of children’s universities to the space of musical culture (exploratory and application optics of the Dąbrowa Children’s Universities)

Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the teacher as a popularizer of knowledge among the studentsof the children’s university. The image of a teacher acting as an aesthetic educator isshown from the perspective of the lectures introducing the music, its creators and performersto young students of the university. Lectures “Great knowledge for small students”were held in selected cities of Zagłębie Dąbrowskie. The observed activity andcommitment encouraged the participants to develop relationships between each other.The implementation of the project also enabled the gathering of interesting empiricalmaterial illustrating the issue signaled in the title.
