Summary/Abstract: This paper aims to conduct an analytical review of the features of the BRI implementation in Ukraine and to give the author’s suggestions on promoting people-to-people and cultural exchanges between China and Ukraine under the Belt and Road Initiative. As a European country, Ukraine has its own unique history and culture. Analysing the roots of Ukrainian philosophy can help us better carry out cultural exchanges between China and Ukraine and promote the development of the Belt and Road Initiative.
