Summary/Abstract: Developing human resource performance involves improving the skills needed for human resources in pre-university education to achieve better results by participating in training and development courses, gaining experience in teaching activity that contributes to increased performance and effectively solving problematic situations they face in carrying out the instructive-educational activity, improving the teaching activity by integrating modern teaching methods and techniques as well as information and communication technology, acquiring new skills in activities related to teaching by participating in projects, advanced training activities carried out at the level of the educational institution or outside it within partnerships at county, national or international level.
