Summary/Abstract: This report examines the protection of individuals in the "electronic media - intermediary - individual" interaction in the context of the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation. A general model of interaction is defined and the issues of processed personal data, protection of the rights and personal data of individuals are studied.
