FEW REMARKS ON SLOBODAN JOVANOVIĆ AND THE SPIRITUAL CENTER OF HIS WORK

Summary/Abstract: The positon of Slobodan Jovanović in our culture taken as a whole is quite exceptional and marked by several elements - first of all by its scope, thematic richness and spiritual coordination of his work. In terms of basic nucleus and prevailing tendency of that work, as well as of its main direction, one can say that history has the central position, namely, tire historical world, with all its manifestations, participants, creations and leading ideas. The entire work of Jovanović and his personality are characterized by psychological and sociological analysis of man's historical world. This analytic approach in itself is permeated by politcs, by law and by considerations of state, due to which his work has political and legal character.
