Examination of Education Management in Turkey in Terms of Purpose, Scope and Method

Summary/Abstract: The main function of education management is to ensure the functionality of education as a whole in a systematic way. Education management is a management mechanism responsible for the healthy functioning and supervision of educational institutions in harmony. Educational institutions need educational management in order to ensure the sociocultural richness of society and create a civilized youth by following the requirements of the era. Educational institutions also need a holistic planning consisting of a uniform and on-site unity of goals, scope and methods in order to systematically create the function expected of them. In order for this planning to be carried out in a functional and functional way, it is also necessary to create education management in an inclusive way.
