Summary/Abstract: Making research in the area of motifs of various social groups in the economic sphere is a neglected area in sociaties based on socialist commodity production. This creates problems of transformation of these economies into entirely market economies, because it is erroneous just to apply the motivational structure of workers from the initial, liberal model of capitalism and to use it as a basis for property restructuring of socialist economy. The rebirth of the labour market and of classical employment relationship between the employer and the employee requires that the goals of workers and their behaviour be conceived on the ground of contemporary research and valorization of motifs which are valid with the workers ot the real and not of the ideologized world. Although the level of income is the most important issue of collective agreements, the recognition of market orientation of enterprises presupposes also to anticipate already now those requests ov the workers which would appear as lawful on the ground of their objective group of motifs.
