Summary/Abstract: The main focus of the authors of the second contribution is the place that Slovak citizens occupy on the labour market, their migration potential, their willingness to commute to work in Austria and the analysis of qualification needs of labour supply and demand , the extent of international activities of the cross border region employers and on their point of view regarding illegal employment.
