Summary/Abstract: The main purpose of this research is to examine the depression, anxiety and stress-related levels of people in group therapy programs in terms of various variables. In order to evaluate this effectiveness, pre-test and post-test experimental modeling without a control group was applied by resorting to methods and techniques that are semi-experimental. In the program, the working group is set to an eight-week schedule in the form of a session lasting ninety minutes during the week. In order to evaluate the implementation of the therapeutic program, Beck Depression Inventories, Beck Anxiety Scales, Perceptual Stress Scales were applied to measure the pre-test and final test. Wilcxon Signed Ordinal Tests were used to analyze the data information obtained from the study. The applied analyses revealed that the level of significance of the depression, anxiety and stress score distributions of the participants in the study's group fell significantly. In order to determine the level of consistency of the changes observed as a result of the research, ten weeks after the conclusion of the study, follow-up measurements were made to see if there were different findings. After that, it was observed that the decrease in depression, anxiety and stressful score distributions in the follow-up measurements lasted for a ten-week time period and progressed continuously.
