Counterfeiting of a technical registration

Summary/Abstract: In this paper we have examined the offense of falsifying a technical record, which was not provided for in the 1969 Criminal Code. In the analysis we took into account the subjects of the crime, the constitutive content, the forms, the modalities and the sanctions provided by law, as well as some procedural aspects. The novelty in this regard is precisely the examination carried out in the light of the new criminal provisions. As it is designed, it can be useful for students of the profile faculties in the country and the European Union, as well as for practitioners in the field. The paper is part of a university course to be published by a recognized law firm.
