Summary/Abstract: Based on the reality that in the Republic of Moldova, despite all efforts, men and women do not enjoy the same benefits in terms of access to employment opportunities, remuneration, participation in political life, involvement in business, work-life balance, family, we aimed to analyze how to integrate gender equality in policy-specific areas by proposing recommendations for both policy-making at the national level and at the level of some institutions. It is part of a sustained effort to build the capacity of public authorities to integrate the gender perspective in all areas of activity as well as to provide employers and employees with useful information on the application of the principle of equal opportunities for women and men.
