The powers of the Supreme Judicial Council to establish and close courts and prosecutor's offices in the Republic of Bulgaria

Summary/Abstract: In this article have been evaluated matters related to the character of authorizations about creation, alternation, and closing of the judiciaries along with their respective prosecutor's offices. Having analyzed other countries’ experiences and the essence of the legal character, as well as their belonging to the respective for them legal branch, it can be concluded that they are an inextricable part of the constitutional law and this defines the type of their regulation – by law and by competent authorities, too.
