Summary/Abstract: The paper reviews the challenges of using evidence-based policy-making in climate change mitigation. It is specifically concerned with the study of the interaction between the scientific field and the conception and implementation of climate change policies. This interaction is very important in determining the best ways to deal with this phenomenon with adverse implications for society.
