Summary/Abstract: In the research, the marine health performances of the mentioned countries were measured by the Standard Deviation (SD)-based EDAS method over the Ocean Health Index (OHI) component values of the 6 countries with a coast to the Black Sea for 2021, which is the latest and current. Within the scope of the findings, firstly, it was determined that tourism and recreation, food provision, fishing opportunities and sense of place components were more important than other components by standard deviation method. Secondly, marine health performances of the countries according to the SD-based EDAS method are listed as Georgia, Romania, Bulgaria, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine. Thirdly, within the scope of the method, it has been determined that marine health performances of the countries can be explained by the SD-based ARAS, BTA, COPRAS, TOPSIS, WASPAS, GRA (Gray Relational Analysis) methods, apart from the SD-based EDAS method. In research, In general, it has been concluded that countries should carry out activities for the development of tourism and recreation, food provision, fishing opportunities and sense of place components in order to increase their marine health performance. In addition, based on the quantitative results, it was evaluated that Ukraine should provide strategies for the marine health of Black Sea.
