Summary/Abstract: Music and image first met in Antiquity and become an embryo of a hybrid, a new form of life that emerged, evolved, developed and matured with the advent of the cinema, afterwards with the advent of videoclips and knew its becoming in two experimental non narrative movie trilogies. From opera theatre to Indian musical film, from progressive rock to the greatest composers of the beginning of twentieth century, from the profound evolution of hybrid expression to the unification through the light wave vibration, the spiritual journey in a world that aspires towards liberation proposes the unification of matter and spirit in a new and definitive hybrid.
