Summary/Abstract: Utopia seems to be the portrait of an ideal society, where social justice reigns supreme, and where mankind is free to purse its nobles purposes. The contention of this text is to show that is not the case. The work of Thomas More does not present us an ideal society, but it depict a totalitarian society, that is not so desirable as man usually thinks.
