Summary/Abstract: Regarding the activity of the High Court of Cassation and Justice (Judge Panel on the appeal in the interest of the law), three decisions of acceptance were issued regarding: Code of Criminal Procedure and Criminal Code; Law no. 307/2006 on fire protection, GD no. 1.025/2003 on the methodology and criteria for placing persons in jobs with special conditions, GD no. 1.294/2001, Order of the Minister of the Interior no. 283/2002.
