Summary/Abstract: In May 2022, several legislative acts were published in the Official Journal, among which we mention: Law no. 140/2022 on some protection measures for people with intellectual and psychosocial disabilities and amendment of some normative acts; The ECHR judgment of 2 November 2021 in the case of T. v. Romania (Application no. 35.366/15); GEO no. 64/2022 on the adjustment of prices and the value of general estimates in projects financed by non-reimbursable external funds. Moreover, in May, several legislative acts were amended, among which: Code of Civil Procedure; GEO no. 80/2013 on judicial stamp duties; Civil Code; Code of Criminal Procedure; GEO no. 195/2002 on traffic on public roads; Law on notaries public and notarial activity no. 36/1995. Also, the ECHR judgment of 16 November 2021 in the case of M. v. Romania (Application No 31.611/18) was also published in the Official Gazette of May.
