Summary/Abstract: Starting with November 9, 2020, new measures on teleworking came into force, established by Government Decision no. 935 of 5 November 2020. The COVID-19 pandemic has forced many businesses to adopt telework. Measures to protect the health and well-being of employees are being examined, as teleworking is likely to continue for many after the pandemic. A first step would be to submit forms and files in electronic format to the pension funds in 2022 or to purchase scanners to process the pension files in electronic format, later being sent to employees working through telework. At the same time, if work from home or telework is not possible, the normative act stipulates that employers in the private system, central and local public authorities and institutions, autonomous utilities, national companies, national companies and companies in which the share capital is wholly owned or majority state or a territorial administrative unit, which has more than 50 employees, to organize the work schedule so that the employees are divided into groups to start and finish the activity at a difference of at least one hour. Another aspect I will be looking at will be a survey of telemployment-related pension unds. Following this survey, I will express on the basis of the data collected, various opinions on teleworking and information flows.
