Summary/Abstract: In this paper it will be presented a case of urban management with a strong impact on the development of the city center of Seoul. An old highway was destroyed and the stream was revived, creating the Seoul Green way. In the first part there will be presented some general facts related with the restoration, following the pros and cons of the city-project, concluding with analyse its influence on the citizens life.
