Summary/Abstract: This study aims to examine and prove the factors that affect the optimisation of facilities and infrastructure in vocational high schools. The research design used is a quantitative research method. The study was conducted at vocational high schools. The research sample used was 125 teachers in vocational high schools. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis through ttest. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect on the optimisation of facilities and infrastructure for the rule factor, partnership factor, student needs factor and motivation factor. The findings of this study prove that the optimisation of facilities and infrastructure is very important to be developed and implemented in vocational high schools.
