Summary/Abstract: In April 2022, several legislative acts were published in the Official Journal, among which we mention: GEO No 47/2022 on the adjustment of the prices of public procurement contracts/sectoral contracts/concession contracts/framework agreements; Order of the Minister of Education No 3.505/2022 on the structure of the school year 2022-2023; Law No 72/2022 on the cancellation of some tax obligations and on the amendment of some normative acts. Also in April, several pieces of legislation were amended, including: Law no. 263/2010 on the unitary system of public pensions, GO no. 2/2001 on the legal regime of contraventions; Law no. 136/2020 on the establishment of public health measures in situations of epidemiological and biological risk, Framework Law no. 153/2017, Law no. 55/2020 on some measures to prevent and combat the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic; Law no. 129/2019 on preventing and combating money laundering and terrorist financing, as well as amending and supplementing some normative acts; GEO no. 158/2005 on social health insurance leave and allowances. At the same time, the Table of 31 March 2022 of notaries public for the year 2022 was published in the Official Gazette in April.
