Summary/Abstract: I want to consider this topic the political crisis in Somalia since 1991, this political collapse started after the military regime or dictatorship government refused to accept fair elections and after that, the opposition started the fighting against the government and overthrow the power, then after that, the crisis crossed the line and people started civil war also it divided the oppositions and the rebels fought for the power because all of them they interested the power also they didn’t have any national interest and there is no compromise and many people lost their lives because of civil war allot of the society they didn’t see any problem for that terrible war because their clan leaders give them the wrong ideology of hatred and tribalism after that the situation becomes the worst that is when the inhumane acts happened such killing rape robbery took place, also neighboring countries are overflowing with refugees. After one year of crisis and there is no action united nations 1992 united the States of America and a lot of members of the united nations decided to send peacekeepers to solve that conflict but general Hussein Farah aided refused to start dialogue and peace with the government, the united states of America and united nations have recognized him as warlords and terrorist and he becomes a wanted man, many times USA troops tried to catch him but his tripe they see him a hero and supported and defended him and the united nations peace efforts failed.
