Summary/Abstract: One of the key criteria in the structure of global industry is taking division on the production units and final consumption. Heavy industry and machine-building are primarily encircle the production of production facilities. Since the industrial revolution, heavy industry and mechanical engineering have dominant position in industry structure. In the past decades, this tendency has intensified thus, most of the scientific and technical innovations are just applied in these areas.
