Summary/Abstract: The coronavirus infection has affected billions of people on the planet. In 188 countries of the world, it has been decided to temporarily close educational institutions to contain the spread of the virus. Research on the concept of organization focuses on the relationship between the organization and the employee. The importance of the integration of individuals with the organization in order for the organization to be not independent of the individuals who make it up and to maintain its functionality increases its value today. In this regard, the three-dimensional organizational commitment model put forward by Meyer and Allen is the most widely accepted today. Meyer and Allen have shown that organizational commitment, which they have done many researches on since 1984 and which they first expressed as two-dimensional, is formed on the axis of three dimensions: emotional, normative and continuity.
