ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC CHARACTERISTICS OF THE FORMATION OF AN INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT IN THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR IN AZERBAIJAN

Summary/Abstract: Innovation policy in the agricultural sector requires urgent solution of theoretical and methodological problems, as well as strengthening the scientific support of the process of achieving new goals. Therefore, while proving an innovative development strategy in the field, all processes from the emergence of scientific ideas to their commercialization, from the formation of big data to their use should be analyzed, expected trends should be determined, priorities should be proven. Evaluation of digital technologies and tools. The article examines the issues of the formation of the organizational and economic environment of innovative activity, pays attention to the features of this process in the agricultural sector. The factors that play an important role in the formation of an innovative development environment in the agricultural sector have been characterized. From an organizational and economic point of view, the necessary aspects have been identified for promoting innovative activities in the agricultural sector.
