Summary/Abstract: The article is dedicated to the formation of a new energy strategy in Azerbaijan. The article describes the formation of the energy strategy of the republic, which is rich in hydrocarbon resources issues, problems in this area and their solutions are also reflected. Also the country's energy security, implementation of new projects, oil extracted from developed fields and gas transportation.
