Summary/Abstract: A criminal legal relationship arises between the state and the perpetrator as a result of a specific crime, and its content is expressed in the counter-rights and obligations of the parties to it. The question of the object of the criminal legal relationship is poorly studied, but actually it is crucial in order to explain what the criminal legal relationship arises for and what it is aimed at.
