Summary/Abstract: Аccording to Art. 1, Para. 1 of the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria, it is a republic with a parliamentary government. The article examines the way in which the National Assembly (the Bulgarian Parliament) manages the processes in public life through special ad hoc laws, laws in the formal sense, and management decisions in cases that are particularly important to public life. It provides examples of the most important and interesting decisions like the ones in question.
