THE IMPORTANCE OF THE AGRICULTURE SECTOR IN KARABAKH'S ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

Summary/Abstract: Restoration and development of agriculture in our liberated lands is one of the main tasks that lies before us now. This article provides an overview of the damage done to agriculture by conflict and world experience in the restoration of agriculture in post-conflict regions. On this basis, the directions of agricultural restoration in the liberated lands of Azerbaijan were determined and the expected production indicators as a result of the restoration of agriculture in these areas were estimated. The situation of agriculture in the liberated lands in the pre-occupation period was investigated. At the same time, information on the agricultural production activities of IDPs in the occupied areas in other areas was analyzed.
