Summary/Abstract: The subject matter of the exposition consists in a critical review of about 200 decisions rendered by the 3rd and 4th Civil Chambers of the Supreme Court of Cassation in the year 2020. They concern basic issues of employment relationships – the occurrence, performance and termination of employment relationships, the rights and obligations of the parties thereto and the judicial protection thereof.
