Summary/Abstract: While considering the issue treated from the aspect of private international law and civil procedure law, the author attempts to reconcile the principles of internal and international harmony in decision-making process, by using the method of connecting the preliminary issue with conflict of law norms - which meet the requiriments of both principles.
