Summary/Abstract: Conflict and civil wars are among the issues sought for solutions due to the mass migration movements they cause, regional terrorism and security concerns. Cross-border operations are a method used to protect civilians in the regions and stop terrorism, but are criticized for causing displacement and humanitarian crises in the region. In this study, the effect of cross-border operations carried out in the environment of conflict and civil war on the population movements of the people of the region will be examined in the example of Operation Peace Spring. By using spatial surveying techniques, the size and direction of migration movements in and around the operation area will be diagnosed temporally. It will also be determined whether the post-intervention movements of the population included in the study vary according to the settlements.
