Feedback in the area of housing – entrepreneurship and their impact on the sustainable development of the city

Summary/Abstract: The presented article is an attempt to capture various areas of the city’s functioning using the General Theory of Systems, developed by Bertalanffy in 1937, but still relevant, and even gaining in importance in an ever faster living world. This chapter explores the interplay between corporate, residential and real estate markets. The link between these three areas is so obvious and strong that it is often overlooked in various analyzes. The article presented in this publication tries to show the relationship between these systems and their impact on the development of the city, which in the long run aims to be sustainable. The adopted research method is the analysis of texts, materials and data in the field of economics and philosophy, as well as transfused fragments of own research carried out in individual years.
