Summary/Abstract: The main purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between university students’ self-efficacy perceptions and their future anxiety. In addition, students’ self-efficacy perceptions and future concerns areal so examined in terms of demographic variables. In this context, “General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSE)” is used to measure students’ self-efficacy perceptions and “Beck Hopelessness Scale (BHS)” is used to measure their future anxiety. In this study, an online questionnaire is applied to 407 students studying at Ankara HacıBayram Veli University Tourism Faculty and Kyrgyzstan-Turkey Manas University Tourism Faculty. The data are analyzed with statistical package programs. As a result of the analyzes, it is determined that there is a negative significant relationship between the level of self-efficacy perception and the level of hopelessness. In addition, fourth grade students have higher self-efficacy compared to other students; it is determined that male students have a higher hopelessness level compared to female students, and the students of the recreation department compared to the students of other departments.
