Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to clearly provide the reader with important theoretical knowledge in the field of investment activity with the interaction of factors that affect business activity. A clear form of knowledge will help managers in making investment decisions in order to ensure the sustainable development of the company and reduce the risk of bankruptcy in the future due to failure to capture the investment needs of the company itself in terms of quality and quantity.
