Summary/Abstract: The current exposition includes a brief historical retrospective of the terrorism phenome, different definitions are reviewed and analyzed, different types of terrorism are presented, tendencies in its development, legal framework of the conflict with it and the police counteraction in Republic of Bulgaria.
