POLITICAL-MILITARY CRISES. PARTICULARITIES AND PERSPECTIVES

Summary/Abstract: The fluid contemporaneity, a continuation of the (often) falsely deciphered past, keeps in its unfolding a leitmotif that often puts the very existence of humanity, as a whole, under the sign of doubt - the crisis. We consider that any crisis must be seen as dual: as a threat to individual, state, global order (negative attribute), but also as a way to reset, individual and systemic resettlement (positive attribute). The scientific endorsement represents an analytical itinerary of the crisis as an individual concept, as well as in the position of a particular (epochal) phenomenon, with reconfiguring implications for the North Atlantic politico-military entity, but also a revelation of the continental defense position under the European Union umbrella. The volatile present under the auspices of security, uncertain in territorial terms, complex in terms of adjacent crises and ambiguous in the light of identified solutions finds the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO / OTAN) - the most credible politico-military structure in modern history - in hypostasis a global security outpost, affected by crises whose first response (or, above all, further development) was not decisive and convincing. Contiguous, the EU is in the process of identifying, establishing and doctrinally transposing the continental posture in terms of defense.
