Summary/Abstract: This article discusses the role of digital literacy in education. It reviews previous framings of digital and media literacy, European policies on developing key competences and it suggests how these could be developed through eTwinning projects, presenting examples of activities and Web 2.0 tools from #Digital EU – we’ll do! eTwinning project (awarded both nationally and at a European level).
