Summary/Abstract: The paper examines the introduction of a new approach in the provision of social services for children in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of the article is to seek solutions that improve the quality, accessibility and efficiency of services After the outbreak of the global COVID-19 pandemic, unprecedented restrictions have been imposed on the social and economic life around the world. The provision of social services is one of the most affected sectors and this requires the search for new approaches in the provision of social services for children, which eliminate the restrictive conditions and ensure the quality of the impact applied. Steps have been taken to introduce a new work approach, which has helped employees and service users to interact. The analysis showed that the used work approach and the undertaken measures are sufficiently adequate.
