Summary/Abstract: This article discusses three artistic commissions founded by Silesian noblewomen: the epitaph of Karol Krzysztof Podiebrad funded in the castle church at Oleśnica (1579) by Barbara von Žerotin née von Biberstein, the altar in St Jadwiga church at Gryfów Śląski (c. 1606) funded by Eleonora von Schaffgotsch née von Promnitz, and the pulpit in Michael Archangel church at Sława Śląska (1619), the foundation of Anna von Niebelschütz née von Rechenberg.
