Summary/Abstract: In this article, the author refers to the personality and the literary, cultural and social activity of the Bukovinian professor Constantin Loghin, who in the General Dictionary of Romanian Literature (2005) is presented as a journalist, literary historian and an important figure of the Bukovinian culture in the interwar period. Although some of his literary writings were considered to remain in the narrow framework of didacticism, Constantin Loghin is known in Romanian literary historiography especially as the one who analyzed Romanian writing in Bukovina in relation to the socio-political and cultural evolution of the Romanian community, but also as part of the literature and culture of all Romanians.
